MYOB is one of the most popular pieces of accounting software in the world – and yet most people don't know how to make the most out of it.

The MYOB program itself is not an intuitive program so takes a bit of getting used to. The problem is if you make a mistake in setting it up, then you have to hope your accountant picks up the errors at the end of the year (at a fee of course). Unless you undertake some MYOB learning and training then you could cost yourself a packet of money, lost time and lost productivity.

So what are the options to learn MYOB?

Often there are limits to how often you can access online training without incurring additional fees. In addition, depending on your internet plan, you may find accessing the courses incur costly excess use charges.

5. One-on-one training. Some book-keepers and accountants offer one-on-one MYOB training for small business at your site. This generally costs more, but is a good option if you need a higher level of MYOB training setup and support.

6. Training CD's. CD-ROM training for MYOB is a great option to learn MYOB at your own pace, in your own time, at your own location. It doesn't matter if you live in a capital city or on the Sunshine Coast; MYOB training can be accessed using your CD-rom.
